The blue water room

Located on the ground floor, the Blue Water Room overlooks the Rye Foreshore. A room boasting traditional style and rich colours, with a tapestry of wall paintings. With windows facing the foreshore, you can enjoy an abundance of natural light, whilst in winter you can enjoy the warm and cosy feel of a blazing open fire. Main sail upper deck

The larger of our venues, the Main Sail is located on the first floor, with a large outdoor deck overlooking Rye Foreshore. An open space with natural light from windows on two sides, neutral modern tones and furnishings and mood lighting. Again in the winter months, you can enjoy the crackle of an open fire. A large parquestry dance floor is available for your use. Bridal change room, full private bar and facilities.Maximum capacity - 130 seated / 150 cocktail

Room set up

All tables are clothed in white linen with linen napkins. Candelbra's and tea-light candles are complimentary for the bridal table, together with bridal skirting. Dance floor is provided in Mail Sail Upper Deck only. Additional decor, such as floral, candles, coloured linen, chair covers etc. can be arranged and quoted upon request.
