Our Blue Water Room is located on the ground floor & overlooks the Rye Foreshore, this rooms boasts traditional style and is perfect for smaller celebration or private dinner.

Our Main Sail Upper Deck is located on the first floor above the Sports Bar and has great views overlooking the sands of Rye Beach.  With neutral modern tones and furnishings along mood lighting and a spectular parquetry dance floor. A new additon to the Main Sail Upper Deck is our alfresco balcony with the best views in Rye.

Enjoy a crackle of an open fire place located in both function rooms during the winter months.
