Thanks for making our stay here (17th-19 March 2009) a very memorable experience. All the staff here are sincere, enthusiastic and had loads of initiative to make us comfortable. Your property and room is tip-top and restful. My kids also voted their stay here the best in Melbourne and better than the 5-star hotels that have accomodated us. We would certainly stay here again when we visit Melbourne.

A very big 'Thanks' to Reception Staff and the customer service team! Chris and I had such a wonderful time at the Hot Springs and then relaxed in our room. Many Thanks for the complimentary upgrade!
